This initiative was imperative because of the alarming rise of chronic kidney disease due to the increase in the incidence and prevalence of diabetes, hypertension and infection like Chronic glomerulonephritis which are some of the major causes of chronic kidney disease. Our aim is to identify individuals at risk of the disease, early diagnosis and reversal and/or slow disease progression. Making kidney care accessible, available and affordable to all. The pop-up clinic identifies various location and offer free services to a maximum of 60 target audience. Within this 60 target audience, we would attend to 10 of the top management staff in the convenience of their offices where applicable. In order to comply with medical confidentiality when disseminating medical information and test results, individuals will be registered via our electronic medical records at the venue. Although, most result will be communicated to participants on the spot, our doctors will also be able to advise on the best possible process to take after comprehensive explanation of the test results are made. Our activities are as follows, robust vital check with automated blood pressure machine, infra-red thermometer, BMI check, laboratory investigations such as random blood sugar, urinalysis, kidney function test and doctor’s consultation
